Terms of Use

Last updated 3 November 2026

This website is run by REY CERA (“REY CERA”). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Product information

We try to keep sizes, packing, weights and other details correct and up to date, but mistakes can happen and products change. Please confirm the details with us before you order.

Photos and colour

Tiles are made from natural materials and fired in a kiln. Colour, shade and pattern can differ from one batch to the next, and screens show colour differently. Please see the tile at our Experience Centre or ask for a sample before you buy. Room photos show how a tile can look and are not exact.

Prices and stock

Any price shown on the website is for information only and may change without notice. The final price, taxes (GST), delivery charges and availability are confirmed in your quotation or invoice. Stock shown on the website is from our last update and is not a reservation.

Orders

The website does not take orders or payments. An order is made only when you accept a written quotation or invoice from REY CERA or an authorised dealer, on the terms written there.

Enquiries and dealers

When you send an enquiry from outside Bengaluru, it goes to the authorised REY CERA dealer nearest to your pincode. That dealer is an independent business and is responsible for the quotation and sale it makes to you.

We provide this website as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by relying on information on the website without confirming it with us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
