What is a Ceramic Body tile?
Ceramic tiles are made from a red or white clay body, fired at a lower temperature than vitrified tiles. That makes them lighter and easier to cut and fit on site, at a more affordable price point — though with slightly higher water absorption than vitrified, so they're best suited to walls and light-to-moderate traffic floors rather than heavy commercial use.
