REY CERA HRMS & Attendance — Last updated 21 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how REY CERA ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information within the REY CERA HRMS & Attendance application (the "App"), available at https://www.reycera.in/att.html. The App is an internal workforce tool used by REY CERA staff and management.

1. Information we collect

Account details you provide when registering or signing in: name, email address, phone number, residential address, blood group, and job position.
Attendance and activity data: check-in / check-out times, dealer-visit logs, leave requests, expense claims and any notes or bill images you submit.
Location data (GPS): your device's approximate location is recorded only when you check in, check out, or log a field visit, and during working hours (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) if you have consented, so that attendance and field activity can be verified. Location is not tracked outside these actions.
Authentication data: a securely hashed PIN, or — if you choose "Sign in with Google" — your Google account's email address, name and profile picture (see Section 5).

2. How we use the information

To record and verify attendance, working hours, leave, expenses and field visits.
To calculate payroll-related figures (hours, advances, reimbursements) for management.
To notify management of relevant events (for example, sign-ins and check-ins) and to keep secure backups of the data.
To operate, secure and improve the App.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. Data is accessible only to authorised REY CERA management and the service providers that host the App. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data storage & retention

Data is stored on our secured hosting and, where enabled, backed up to a private Google Drive folder controlled by REY CERA management. GPS and attendance logs are automatically purged after 60 days. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us (Section 7).

5. Google user data

The App uses Google APIs. When you use these features:

Sign in with Google — we receive your Google email address, name and profile picture solely to identify you and sign you in.
Google Drive (drive.file scope) — when a manager connects Google Drive, the App can create and manage only the files it creates (report spreadsheets and data backups) inside a "REY CERA HRMS" folder in that manager's own Google Drive. The App cannot see or access any of your other Google Drive files.
Google Maps — used to display check-in and field-visit locations.

REY CERA's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never transferred except as needed to provide the App's features, for security, or to comply with law.

6. Security

PINs are stored only as bcrypt hashes, all traffic is served over HTTPS, sessions use secure tokens, and access to management data requires authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
