These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the REY CERA HRMS & Attendance application (the "App") provided by REY CERA ("we", "us"), available at https://www.reycera.in/att.html. The App is an internal workforce-management tool for REY CERA staff and management. By registering for or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

The App is provided for use by authorised REY CERA employees and management only.
New accounts require approval by REY CERA management before access is granted.
You are responsible for keeping your PIN and login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

Use the App only for legitimate work purposes such as recording attendance, field visits, leave and expenses.
Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent attendance, location or expense information.
Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or bypass security controls.

3. Location & data

The App records your device location when you check in, check out or log a field visit, and handles your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using these features you consent to that collection and use. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

4. Google services

The App integrates Google Sign-In, Google Maps and Google Drive. Your use of those features is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. REY CERA's use of information from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the App available and accurate but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REY CERA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. The App is a workforce tool and does not constitute legal, payroll or tax advice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including when your employment ends or if these Terms are breached. On termination your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
